Directions to Nu~Yoga

From I-95 Southbound: Exit 16 at the end of the ramp turn right onto East Ave. Proceed to 4th traffic light and make left onto East Wall St. Travel down hill to 1st traffic light and turn right onto Main St. One block straight ahead on right hand side is a Municipal parking lot. Nu~Yoga is located on the right just beyond the parking lot across from the McMahon Ford dealership. We are located above Norwalk Natural Foods.

From I-95 Northbound: Exit 16- At the end of the ramp turn left onto East Ave. Proceed to 5th traffic light and turn left onto East Wall St. Follow directions above.

From Merritt Parkway: Exit 40 A (North or Southbound) to Route 7 South. Make right at end of ramp and travel through 7 traffic lights (approx. 1 mile and Dunkin Doughnuts is on the right). Stay in left lane and bear left, 123 south. At 3rd traffic light stay in right lane and go straight (this becomes Main St.) Nu~Yoga will be on the left (across from McMahon Ford Dealership). Nu~Yoga is located above Norwalk Natural Foods; 32-34 Main St. suite 6/second floor, Norwalk, Ct. 06851.
