Sally Grillo
Sally teaches Hatha Yoga, Pilates, and morning fitness classes. She became certified in Pilates through Physical Mind Institute. She enjoys using props such as the Stability Ball, bands and smaller balls to enhance the workout.Sally teaches Yoga influenced by the Anusara style and enjoys blending other styles as well. She was trained in Hatha Yoga, Anusara influenced, in Todd Norian's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Education is extremely important for the health and alignment of her students. She continually educates herself by participating in trainings, conferences and workshops. Her main goal is for everyone to feel at home and to create a peaceful environment.
She continues the journey by attending classes and assisting in workshops.
